The hotel looked nice, but let me tell you, walking 5-10 min to the subway was a NIGHTMARE. Stressful juggling with my suitcase? No thanks! Plus, the staff didn't even consider a complimentary gesture for my troubles. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.
